ETHAM HEALTHY FOODS IS BRINGING THE FLAVORS OF ETHIOPIA TO LAS VEGAS WITH A FUSION STYLE MENU.
Our family was raised in Ethiopia and now makes our home in Las Vegas. Cooking great food runs in the family. After years of working in the restaurant industry, we are ready to live our dream of owning our own food-truck and sharing the amazing flavors of Ethiopia with a fresh, affordable, fast, creative menu.
Tasty, healthy, nutritious and something quite unique, Etham Food Truck serves up lunch and dinner to residents of Las Vegas that are tired of the same old take-out options. GRILLED SALMON SANDWICH
Cubed salmon marinated then sautéed in tomatoes and aromatics and served with fresh spinach and green sauce on 8" hoagie roll.
VEGAN DELUXE COMBO
A deluxe combo of six vegan dishes served with your choice of "injera"(Ethiopia's famous teff flatbread) or rice .
STIR FRIED BEEF WITH VEGETABLES
Tender beef with vegetables and aromatics stir fried and served on rice or injera. You can have it spicy to your level.
RIBEYE STEAK SANDWICH
Thinly sliced grilled rib-eye steak ; served on 8" hoagie roll. Topped with sautéed onions, bell peppers warm melted Swiss -American cheese, and Etham Sauce.

STIR FRIED HERB GARLIC CHICKEN
Marinated white chicken meat stir fried with aromatics and vegetables and served on rice or injera.

Marinated Thinly sliced grilled chicken breast; Served on 8" hoagie bun. Topped with sautéed onions, bell pepper, warm melted Swiss American cheese and Etham sauce.
